How do I get PayPal to answer a complaint? I have logged in a dispute in the Resolution Centre but it has disappeared without trace. the e-mail won't work and I can't find a phone number. I have been robbed of £325 through a bogus PayPal account yet PayPal not only do nothing, they refuse to acknowledge I exist.

Could be a few reasons why its disappeared.

 

1. You logged a dispute for unauthorised transaction and paypal saw that your account was not hijacked so closed it.

2. You paid via the friends / family option where there is no buyer protection.

3. Your item was not covered for buyer protection.

4. Your dispute timed out on day 20?
