So, I'm trying to open a dispute cause someone stole my money. They somehow hacked into my account, added their credit card and withdraw all my money to their credit card. The lucky thing was I only had $200 on my account. But when I try to open a dispute, I get an error. And it's been 6-7 days since. Is there a way for someone from PayPal to read this and help me, or I should just forget my money and start using another payment service??
