Returns policy for SNAD

I have, Like many many before me, been caught out by your returns policy.

could you please explain to me why i must  pay 50 pounds postage to return a 21 pound transaction.

the company involved knows that nobody in theier right mind would do this, so has free mony by sending an item worth only a few pounds from china in place of the original purchase.

this policy is absurd, is costly to people like me who are ripped off, and you seem to protect the scammers buy saying

oh well if the buyer didnt send the item back its their decision so you, the seller are free to trade.

I have resigned myself to the fact i will not get my money back, but seriously guys,

you should be ashamed of your policy.

OK firstly this is not paypal customer services but a help forum manned by volunteers that are ebay buyers and sellers like yourself.....

Secondly paypal give "some buyer and some seller protection." BUT they cannot do everything for you.

If you read up on buyers protection BEFORE you start buying and seller protection before you start selling then you can make an informed choice on who you buy from.

You chose to buy an item from China........personally i don't deal there as most of it is cheap misdescribed rubbish but then you chose to do so and that is up to you.

Paypal can ONLY get back for you the original payment that you processed through them, they can't "dip" into the sellers account and take out more than that.

If you bought in the UK you would have added protection via the small claims court but you chose to buy the item internationally and that was YOUR CHOICE.

Where did i say they did not own it??

I said it was manned by volunteers so you stating you "don't like OUR returns policy" is incorrect as the people that reply here don't have anything to do with making paypal policies.

But you seem to have a problem reading up on anything correctly judging by your problem so I will leave you to your own devices.

Bye bye

(read your first line)

thank you for pointing out its my choice then its my fault. your fortunate not to be an actual paypal employee, because quite frankly, if you were, Id make a complaint for being spoken too or writen to like that.

If paypal do not endorse the views or opinions of people posting in this area, they should not link to it directly from their contact us section of thier website.

im sure that this falls on deaf ears, that you will take offence to me being bothered to take the time to disagree with you.

I had previously seen so many negetive reviews online regading this i though it was just sour grapes.

I was obviously mistaken.
