Hi I sent 2 eBay items of perfume internationally , but didn’t realise that you can’t send perfume. These items were destroyed at the airport, so I need to refund the money. A case was opened on eBay, but when I go to the resolution centre it says there are no cases open so I can’t arrange a refund. I don’t know what to do. Please help
