negative balance help

so i sold a ps4 on ebay. the buyer filed a claim because it didnt arrive the expected date. helpi sent the money to my bank account. my balance is now negative. the request is now cancelled so how long is it gonna take before my balnce goes back to normal?????????????/ PLEASE HELP?

If your account balance is negative due to a payment reversal, you would need to either add money from your bank to resolve the balance, or receive money to your account balance.

Here’s how you can move money from your bank to PayPal:

1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk
2. Click Add Funds near the top of the page.
3. Choose to move money to your PayPal account yourself (almost instantly), or let us do it for you (in 5-7 working days).
