Hi, I bought an ecard from a store in USA for my grandaughters 21st birthday thru Paypal for £100 which didnt arrive. The system asked me to try again , to no avail. Then the store suggested I use my debit card , again to no avail. the email address was checked and re-checked. Finally, I asked them to forward it to Now I find that the 2 PayPal transactions have gone through and my account is debited 3 times, £300 !!! I have spoken to them again on the p;hone, but they say they cannot "see" the paypal payments on their system !!!
I desperately need this refund , I cannot understand what the USA say on the phone as have a hearing aid.
What do I have to do to resolve this please . ? There is only 1 Grandaughter and 1 card for £100.
I would so much appreciate help as dont know what to do to resolve this as family away on holiday.
