A question I got from Sue Sanders
"How long should I give a company to refund an amount, even if they say they are waiting for Paypal to sort a problem with their refund process."

Hi there,
The maximum time to give is 44 days from the date of the transaction as after 45 days we would not be in a position to enforce anything on your behalf. All buyers have 45 days to open a dispute if they don't receive their goods or if the goods they do receive are not as described.
For more information on opening a dispute you can click here
I hope this information helps you
