I bout 3 items on the 25 Feb. a week later I was told 2 of the items were out of stock, they gave me a refund for these 2 items.
I waited and waited for the kettle........... it didn't arrive. I asked the seller what had happened, they replied it had been returned to the depot! and did I want a refund, I of course said YES. Well, I am still waiting. I opened a dispute with both Ebay and Paypal, I was assured that I would get my refund......................... STILL nothing, I find it disgusting that a seller if permitted to behave in this way and get away with it.
TODAY 3 weeks later..........the kettle arrived, I do NOT want the kettle now, I have bought another one. PLEASE can someone tell me what I have to do in order to get my money back. I will of course return the kettle delivered today. BUT I will NOT pay the postage!
