I bout 3 items on the 25 Feb. a week later I was told 2 of the items were out of stock, they gave me a refund for these 2 items. I waited and waited for the kettle........... it didn't arrive. I asked the seller what had happened, they replied it had been returned to the depot! and did I want a refund, I of course said YES. Well, I am still waiting. I opened a dispute with both Ebay and Paypal, I was assured that I would get my refund......................... STILL nothing, I find it disgusting that a seller if permitted to behave in this way and get away with it. TODAY 3 weeks later..........the kettle arrived, I do NOT want the kettle now, I have bought another one. PLEASE can someone tell me what I have to do in order to get my money back. I will of course return the kettle delivered today. BUT I will NOT pay the postage! Thank you

I need to try and trace a transaction I did some years ago in my MAIDEN name. After my marriage I did a change of name, and as far as I can make out, a 'new' account was opened in my married name. Is there anyway I could track down this transaction? I would be grateful for any help.

Thank you very much for your reply. I tried calling them (I am in Spain) but was kept on the automated replies. I find this outrageous with an international call. I will try shaming them into replying on Facebook, but they obviously couldn't care less about the people that use their system. Oh yes, I tried paying with yet another card, this one was accepted, but the charge for paying for my holiday was'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' '''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' wai for it! 45 Euros!!!! cost of holiday 1000 Euros.

I cannot believe how impossible PayPal can be at times. All I wanted was to add a credit card.............easy eh? NO........... I was informed that I was I would recieve a code. Effectively TWO codes arrived!! I entered the last to arrive.......... it refused it, I then entered the other code, and I was informed my card was now blocked, and I had to send to PayPal my PASSPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to rectify the situation. PLEASE just what kind of nonsense it this? I tried (what a joke) to telephone PayPal, all I had was an automated message sending me in circles, how disgusting this NON customer service is. Can anyone help in anyway please. All I wanted was to book myself a holiday, I think I will forget about the whole things, just too much hassle.

Like many other people allof a sudden I amnot getting confirmation emails from Paypal, and YES I am checking my SPAM folder. I have also tried for MONTHS to verify my secondary email,impossible. I tried the tip mentioned putting plain text, still nothing. I am REALLY fed-up with all this nonsense, isn't it time a company the size of Paypal got things sorted out? Any help greatfully received
