I have used this service on 3 occasions having followed the exact requirements and never until now checked to see if I had actually been refunded the return shipping costs to discover all 3 requests from April 2017-to presents are showing as “Pending”.
I can only assume that these refunds were never made to my account, I have contacted PP regarding this but wondered if other members have had similar problems?
