I paid for an item that I saw on Gumtree through PayPal goods and services. I later received an email from Gumtree saying that the ad was deleted because of suspicious activity.
I am unable to request a refund through PayPal because my issue is not in either of the displayed categories when requesting a refund: "I didn't receive an item I purchased", "I received an item that's significantly not as described" , and"I want to report unauthorised activity"
The seller previously said that he would not be able to post the item until next week, but it has been marked as sent.
How do I get a refund for this item?
