No Appeal Button

I too have no appeal button.  I have  a genuine reason for wanting further contact with Pay Pal but the lack of the appeal button ensures that it won't be possible.  If I try to fill out the relevent forms to get through to them, it tells me that I have no open claim to discuss.  I know that already.  It looks to me as though they hope that by making the appeal difficult to relay to them, that we will drop it, and forget about it.

Bully boys eh?   Another invisible, soulless, internet  company, that knows that we need them.

I sure have, immediately after my case was closed. The "Appeal" button does not exist, even though the PayPal "Help" section clearly says it's there. This is fraudulent behavior by PayPal.
