Hi, I purchased a pair of trainers in Facebook Marketplace for £42.50 (that’s including postage) Over two weeks ago and have not received them yet. I also can’t find in my messages the correspondence I had with the seller before purchasing them. They have vanished! How can that happen? Have I been ripped off? How can I follow this up. I tried the resolution Center and couldn’t make any sense of it. The only option of problems it gave me was for suspicious activity on my account which is not my issue. I did try and send a message to the seller using the email he provided for me to pay him with PayPal. What else can I do? Thank you for any help. I’m so disssppointed. 🙁

If you had no money in your PP account and paid with your credit card, just contact your card company and ask for a chargeback and follow any directions they give you.
