I have put in a dispute on goods i have not recieved from a seller but as 45 days have passed they say there is nothing they can do, i have e-mailed the seller direct and keep getting a message saying they are on annual leave until 6th january 2014, as it is now Febuary i would like this matter resolved, is there anything else i could do to get a refund? I ordered the item on 18th dec and it stated that the item would arrive in time for christmas.

Buyer protection is only available for up to 45 days, never let it go that far, always start the dispute on day 44, if the item turns up you can always cancel it or it if arrives after you are refunded you can always pay again.

If you funded your paypal payment with a card then you could try contacting your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.
