Hi, I recently bought a YouTube channel from somebody, doing two payments of £10 so all in all £20. A day later he changed the password and then the name of the account so now I can't use it. Please can I have some help. Jake

Welcome to the community forum.
PayPal do not cover intangible item under our buyer protection policy. The fact that you made two payments for one item does make it a little more difficult though, we do ask that payments are not split.
I would recommend opening a buyer complaint case on your account anyway though. This is how you do that http://ow.ly/QgPkM .
