A buyer attempted to scam by opening a unauthorized transaction case, i sent item without tracking can they open another case but this time a unreceived case or is only one case per transaction? I really need to know the proper answer so if you are not sure and you post please say you are unsure of the answer you gave me thanks 🙂
Only one type of case can be reported per transaction so it is important to select the correct one. If a buyer reports to us that a payment is unauthorised we will investigate this. If we find evidence that the payment was made without their permission we would reverse the payment. If we are unable to find evidence the case will be closed.
