I cannot find a link to contact paypal about the specific case, where we see the word "respond" when dealing with a claim it presents no means to make that response, "add files" will not take wordpad pasted documents apperantely. I firstly replied directly to the paypal service email askijng for more information yet my email returned through an auto unread response.
Also i tried to make contact through the contact us page when logged into my account yet recieved no aknowledgment or any response for that matter.
Hence im trying to get help here please 🙂

Hello i recieved your email asking for more information regarding the books from "Sellers name removed for discretion".
They are hardcopy printed books sent from the seller by postal service from America, this was $44.00 so not a small amount which i would like back please.
The books differed to the description due to pages being repeated, ie the same pages appearing elsewhere in the book, (wrongly printed twice) also pages are missing, the books appears to have been stored in a harddrive fomat then printed once the seller gets an order. For reasons unknown to me the seller appears to have encountered technical difficulties during the printing process they were either unable to deal with or thought they had done so or they were possibly unaware of these problems regards.

With every respect this is not the place to request a response regarding an ongoing case, you have no guarantee in getting a response from a paypal representative.
If you are having technical difficulties in providing the information requested to papal to support your case I suggest you call them.

Thank-you JonnieS i will try tomorrow. I cant stay on the phone if im needed as i care for a dependent, we go through the process to contact them and i would have to put the phone down no matter where i am in that process if called hence i was hoping for an email reply from paypal. many thanks again.

may i say thank-you for your help
May i ask what got paid for me by paypal and if the payment was made with the intention of taking it from my money ? I can see a certain amount of money had indeed gone into my account yet this is not the full amount i assume i have been awarded by paypal.
Does the case status still displaying as "open" reflect the awarded money has not been deducted from ?
I have just noted the amount mentioned in dollars is the same amount lost in a recent previous claim ?
Can i point out the seller already had that money in his account, thats why i needed
to open that case because i regarded his goods as not as described ? so when that case was decided in his favour he retained my money given to him by paypal. What you are asking me to accept would be to give this seller another $103.50 of my money which as i say he has already had when i first paid for his books through paypal.
No Lucy i dont agree and i dont accept thank-you. Please could you make sure the entire amount is returned to my account or my card thank-you.

I note the full amount is stil yet to be seen in my account,you asked me to let you know what i think Lucy, well you have read my reply in my previous post yet i have recevied no further contact from you nor any other paypal employee at all since then.
I must say im not that impressed to be honest.
Could i have all my money back please from this next and completely seperate claim i made regarding an x ray camera from a seller in hong kong without paypal tryng to give anymore of it to a completely seperate seller who sent me bad quality goods and for which paypal rewarded them very generously by letting them keep the money i paid for those bad quality goods in the first place.
They were paid before they sent the goods that how it works as you know .That means when paypal decided in his favour he got to keep my money.
Again please dont give him nor the next seller who sold me a dangerous counterfiet x ray camera and who from who paypal awarded the claim in my favour -which i do thank you for Lucy-anymore of it, thanks..

If i dont get the full amount of my money £270 refunded from paypal to my paypal or bank account or to my card i will contact the financial ombudsman to find out how i lodge a formal complaint. It is not good enough that i have to ask repeatedly for my money and i feel im being ignored which is downright disgraceful and totally unprofessional conduct on the part of paypal and its employees. you could not just up and walk away from a customer if they were at the counter of the bank simply because you would rather be elsewhere or you just cant be bothered to reply.
If i have to go though the processes of asking for outside help i wiil charge paypal interest and im sure there will be more than just interest to pay.
I am now disgusted at the lack of any real help from paypal.
How dare you think you can just ignore people when your in possession of thier money ? or leave them waiting for days on end with nothing done and no contact ? you must have realised how anyone would react to being asked how would they like paypal to give thier money away to another individual or organisation ? what would anyone have said to that ? is it not sheer lunacy to ask it ? is it not downright insulting ?
If the moneys not back under my control within 24 hours i will start the ball rolling and i guarantee i wont be using paypal again and neither will any of my family.
utterly disgraceful !!!
