Since the begining of  this case involving my £270.00 the name of the seller has been changed several times over, is it not enough to find someome is lying about the sellers name ? that should be more than enough to demonstrate someone is being dishonest? why was my money not given streight back to me at that point ?

More phtotos to add to the hardcopy file im building up.

Hey there,

From reading your posts what I can get is that you had two buyer disputes for items that were not as described, one for $103.50 and the other for £270.

Please note that return tracking is not covered by PayPal. If a case is awarded in your favour you will receive the amount in full that you sent originally.

The first case I have emailed you about the resolution of this case, please take another read of this as I think you may have misunderstood what I wrote as you are still concerned about the amount of $103.50. I had this issue fully resolved for you with details in the email I sent you.

You mentioned in one of your posts about the amount changing from £64.84 to £64.71. With the first claim being for $103.50 it would suggest that you received a credit of $103.50. This would be in your USD balance and your GBP balance will fluctuate due to currency conversion as you said. To stop this you would need to transfer the funds from your USD balance to your GBP balance.

So the second case for £270 is this still open? I notice you have not commented since the 3rd of February?? Maybe this case has now been resolved aswell.

I would also just like to comment on what JonnieS said on the first page here regarding customer service. JonnieS is correct, these pages are for the UK PayPal Community and a response from a PayPal moderator is not guaranteed.
