Hello,
i got a problem with one of my received payments. I am kinda new to PayPal so i don't really know what to do, that's why i am asking for your help. Anyways, i received a payment as a gift and now all of a sudden that guy decided to dispute it. It requires my action and that i should respond in next 7 calendar days. When i click on on the case, i got this message under Status details : "The buyer has filed a claim stating this transaction was made without the account holder’s knowledge or consent. Please click Resolve Claim Now to view your options to resolve this issue and how to provide relevant information will help in PayPal’s investigation. We must receive your response by 7 calendar days from case creation in order to include your input in our investigation."
So, when i click on "Resolve a claim now", i got 3 options:

He could not open that dispute if he paid as a gift payment?
Are you sure he used the gift option or the send money > goods option.
What was he buying??
Have you sent it??

Well, as far as i know, or better to say, as far as i heard, if the fee for the transcation is 0,00 and if t says "(Partial refunds are not available for personal payments or for transactions marked as pending)" under "Refund money" and transaction details, it was a gift, right?

To be sure go file a dispute and if it lets you then you may not have sent it gift and you may have a chance of a refund.
File via the resolution tab in your paypal account.

Yes sorry was looking at 2 similar posts and getting tea so mixed up.
Well if he opened a dispute it sounds as though it was not a gift payment as normally it gets closed straight away if it was a gift payment.

Well i think it's not a dispute since i don't have them at disputes, it's under "Claims". I took an screenshot so if you could please check it, maybe you see what is it about. I uploaded the screenshot at tinypic - http://i39.tinypic.com/263jzgp.png
So can someone please tell me is there a way to keep the money?
