I’ve been scammed

Facebook payment, no goods turned up, opened a case and closed it as the guy needed his account to send the goods, now I’ve closed the disputed, there’s been no delivery of the goods, is there anything I can do

You NEVER close a dispute until you have your item or a cleared refund.

If you had to close a dispute for the seller to 'send' an item then it would be pointless having the dispute system in the first place.

 

You can only open x1 dispute per transaction.
