I have never had a dispute with Paypal before and had my account for some years however i was wondering if anyone could advice me on how to see my response. The buyer has opened a case, i have responded and added my evidence in full however i can see their comments but not mine, i can only see the files attached.
Can anyone let me know if that is normal as i am a little concerned i have done something incorrectly. Thanks in advance.
