Well this is just as crap as Paypal itself and just as irritating, each time i log on to see if anyone is having the same issues as myself and all i get is sarky advisor! They must just be bored. I have had my Paypal account over a year and i stopped using it for a few months. I started using it in October 2015 now 65 days have passed well over 45 Ebay sales 36 100% Feeback No cases or complaints at all approx 200 calls and emails and being told im doing all the right things, so hopefully the hold will be lifted soon (lie after lie) And they are still holding my money for up to 21 days if no tracking number and 7 if there is a tracking Once i have waited all this time and withdraw the money into my account its still taking 72 hours to credit my account     Good luck, your going to need it, sorry 😞   ... I am fully aware the advisors on here do not work for Paypal, im sorry but was there anywhere in my post that states it was advice on the Paypal commumity??? No! I was simply asking other Paypal 'customers' about their experience and explaining even on here i have read most - not all, of the advisors giving advice and it is completely wrong, meaning Paypal advisors not the communtiy. Staff Training??

Im so frustrated, i would just like to know if it is just myself who always get to speak with staff who really dont know what there talking about? I have called Paypal approx 40 times regarding several different blocks they put on my account randomly, just when i think my account is passed all there ' checks' etc and then the blocks are back! All the advisors i have spoken with do not seem to know what there talking about and lie just to get you off the phone. The because of the 'lie' ive had to call back again and again and again! Some of them seem like they have only been doing the job 10 mins! Even on here i have read most - not all, of the advisors giving advice and it is completely wrong. Just 1 of my many many examples of bad service : Called to say Ebayer had left feedback can my money be released to be told we dont use the Feedback anymore we cant see it! I belive that has also been said on the is forum. I called back 3 mins later to ask a question i forgot to ask and a lovely gentleman released 3 payments that had left feedback . Called 3 days lated as more feedback was left to be told, no we dont do that. Errmm excuse me but take a look at my account another guy did!! Ah no that was just a good will! whatever!! 5 mins later, called back and a lady released 5 payments as feedback had been letf! In 2 months i have used 1200 mins calling Paypal regarding releasing my payments when the correct time allowance has passed! I beleive if i had been CORRECT information by each advisor i spoke to then it would have only been approx 30 mins!   Does anyone else have these issues?? Im really keep to know if its just me   ... Hello I have an account with Paypal and have had this over a year, all of a sudden they have frozen my account with a large balance in there, i cant do anything at all. 6 telephone calls, 4 emails (auto response returned) I still can not get this sorted!! I have been informed there is anoher Paypal account that is owed money - i think this is the problem, they will not give me any information however the lady did hint it was to do with my ex partner. I have no idea what there talking about however im assuming she owes Paypal money and have frozen my account as she was authorised to use my account. I have now removed that! She will no longer have access to my account. I cant be expected to pay her debt when it has nothing to do with me! It is not legal to chase me for a debt that has nothing to do with me. My account is a fab account with a nice little turn over and very very happy customers. Can someone help as im at a total loss. ... View more

I have spoken to Citizens Advice and they have informed me they can not chase me for money my ex partner owes and i shoudl request they remove the limitation however im getting nowhere. Dispute refunds SCAM?

Hello again   I have never had a dispute opened against me in the years i have had my Paypal account however i have heard some stories saying that the seller never ever wins no matter what, is this corrrect?     I have sold 247 peices of Gold over 18 months through Paypal and never ever have i dealt with such a horrid customer in all my time using Paypal!   I bought a 9ct gold necklace from Argos discount store (where i get ALL my gold) sold it through Gumtree for a very small profit and the cusomer has said they have had it tested at 3 jewellers and they all confrimed it is Gold plated. I have requested the buyer send me proof of this 5 times and they still have not and now opened a case with still no evidence. I am 100% certain the Gold is 9ct Gold as Argos would have a **bleep** of a court case on their hands if not. I have produced a reciept with the Argos item number on which clearly states 9ct Gold Rope Chain, i have also send a screen shot of the Argos page showing the 9ct Gold Rope chain and the item number matching my receipt. The date on the reciept shows the day before i sold the chain to the buyer. The necklace is also stamped 9ct Gold. The buyer has been truely awful, threatening the police, prison, calling me names, to be honest that does not bother me in the slightest however i was wondering, if i have such strong evidence and they have none at all will Paypal STILL close the case in there favour? Good Morning,   I have never had a dispute with Paypal before and had my account for some years however i was wondering if anyone could advice me on how to see my response. The buyer has opened a case, i have responded and added my evidence in full however i can see their comments but not mine, i can only see the files attached.   Can anyone let me know if that is normal as i am a little concerned i have done something incorrectly.
