I have an account with Paypal and have had this over a year, all of a sudden they frozen my account, i cant do anything at all. 6 telephone calls, 4 emails (auto response returned) I still can not get this sorted!!
I have been informed there is anoher Paypal account that is owed money - i think this is the problem, they will not give me any information however the lady did hint it was to do with my ex partner. I have no idea what there talking about however im assuming she owes Paypal money and have frozen my account as she was authorised to use my account. I have now removed that! She will no longer have access to my account.
I have spoken to Citizens Advice and they have informed me they can not chase me for money my ex partner owes and i shoudl request they remove the limitation however im getting nowhere. Ive read review after review and see customer service for Paypal is shocking, does anyone know if i can get this sorted?? Help!
