Unauthorized payment

Hi,

My account has been debited R$262,20 by a company called Facebook Ireland Ltd. I did not authorise this payment and I´ve just seen that. I´ve canceled the account but I´d like to ask for a refund. How can I do that?

If you have cancelled the account then do you mean it was on your subscription list?

If so then it was an authorised payment.

If it was not on your paypal account AT ALL then you can file for an unauthorised payment and hope paypal find in your favour.
