Dispute claim

I sold an item on ebay. Study material that was stated within the listing that it was a scanned copy and would be emailed once payment had been received - email with files was sent to buyer via WeTransfer which can be forwarded on to another email address and is able to be opened. Seller has now requested a refund saying they expected a hard copy in the post as I stated there were over 700 pages within the material.
She has opened a case on paypal rather then ebay - where do I stand?

As a seller i have done nothing wrong as clearly stated what i was selling

Hi BearB21,

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

I would suggest checking the item listing you had on eBay to make sure it clearly stated that this item would be emailed to the buyer. If the buyer is claiming the item is not as described but you clearly stated in the listing that a hard copy is not possible then the claim may be disregarded. If you have a copy of the eBay listing please screenshot it and upload it to the case details within PayPal.

Luckily Paypal closed the case and didn't provide the buyer with a refund due to the face that the item was correctly listed.
