Dear Admin

Hello, I would like to enquire about a Dispute/claim against onBux Ltda. I have made around 20$ Purchases at onBux Ltda. These purchases include several referral pack purchases . onBux Ltda, is a bux site and like all other bux site you need to wait atleast 2-3 months to get your payment return, so I I Had invested 20$ in onbux and when i tried to cashout 30$ from my account they are not dispatching my payment now

Now I am in real trouble as this site is not paying me what it describes and is using paypal to scam members.

I have no intentions to continue on this website and any of their schemes. I just want a swift action from Paypal to refund all my purchases. I am unable to open a dispute/claim as 45 days have passed, but Paypal must have any method to help me as this is a serious matter and onBux is really scaming alot of members.

On followingv days i had also deposited money from paypal to onbux ltda you can also see my previous transcations

1.13-Mar-2011----$10

2.23-Mar-2011___$10

Hi Kunal_vedi,

Firstly, there is nothing that we can do if the 45 day timeframe has passed and you are trying to initiate a dispute on the transaction. You would have been able to dispute both of the transactions through your PayPal account when you were asking your question. Did you open disputes on the transactions at this time?

If not, i'm not sure if you will still be able to open a dispute on the transactions through your account. If not, you should check the funding option that was used to fund your original purchases. If a credit/debit card or bank account was used, you may be able to dispute the transaction directly with your bank.

If there are multiple complaints/disputes opened against this company, we may be in a position to investigate their account further and if possible, prevent them from using our services in the future.

I hope this helps,

David.
