Hello, I would like to enquire about a Dispute/claim against onBux Ltda. I have made around 1348$ Purchases at onBux Ltda. These purchases include several referral pack purchases as well as ultimate membership upgrade. onBux Ltda, is a bux site and like all other bux site you need to wait atleast 2-3 months to get your payment return, so I waited and when I recently asked for a 345$ payment on my account I got no payment from onBux Ltda, which PROMISES to pay its ultimate members INSTANTLY. I am an ultimate member and a transaction record at paypal also shows that i purchased the item ultimate membership at onBux.
Now I am in real trouble as this site is not paying me what it describes and is using paypal to scam members.
I have no intentions to continue on this website and any of their schemes. I just want a swift action from Paypal to refund all my purchases. I am unable to open a dispute/claim as 45 days have passed, but Paypal must have any method to help me as this is a serious matter and onBux is really scaming alot of members.

Thank you for your clarifying reply. I would just state out some facts which will clear the situation in which I am and help Paypal make a decision more clearly.
1. I bought Golden Membership on 2010/12/07 at 17:37, whos transaction ID can be provided on demand as its confidential. Cost USD 80.
2. I bought a Ultimate Membership on 2010/12/29 at 17:03, whos transaction ID can be provided on demand as its confidential. Cost USD 800.
3. And some other purchases all together (including Golden + Ultimate) Costed 1648 USD.
4. All the purchases were made with Paypal Balance. The last payment done to onbux was 25th Feb 2011.
Onbux has a policy that states that when you make a purchase with X payment processor(Alertpay, Paypal) you can only cashout to it, hence I have no other way to cash out to any other payment processor then Paypal. Here is an attached screenshot of their payment rule.
Now it is evident that I can only cashout via Paypal this much money as their payment rule suggests.

Their TOS 6.2 suggests that:
"All payments are instant. However, for security reasons, a possible heavy traffic on the server or investigation of the user's account, the payment may take 7 to 10 business days or more, due to the waiting list of manual payments."
Also the post of Onbux admin here http://www.onbux.com/forum/topic?frmid=1&tpcid=61601 suggests that:
"Continuing on path to normality, we are pleased to announce that future payments will be processed instantly for all Ultimate members, since most of these members were reviewed and a few violations observed, there is no longer a need for this select group of users to continue have their payments reviewed.
Note: Future payments, means that all payments from today, to Ultimate members will be instantaneous.
Payments that are already in the queue will be processed during this week."
This post is done on 2011/02/17 at 21:55 by onbux admin liv. A screenshot is attached for proof.
I requested my payment to be sent to me as an ultimate member way after this announcement, as it said that all payments in queue will be processed in the next week, so I took my time and then requested a payout of 345$ in March, almost 1 month after this announcement, and yet I was not payed by them.
I currently have over 820$ in my account in onbux, waiting for the first payment request in March to be cleared so I can ask for another, which I know I wont ever be able to get, even the first 345$ payment.

Now the problem is my major payments were made in December and January and after that in March when I requested the payout 45 days time frame to contact Paypal had passed. This is due to the reason that Onbux have this kind of model that a user is unable to request a payout in such short time i.e. 45 days. Otherwise I would have done so right away.
In the light of above facts that I have provided I request paypal to take action on fair basis and return me the full amount i.e. 1648$ which is being scamed from me at onbux using Paypal as the payment processor. A very swift action is required so that the hardearned money can be recovered from these scammers, as I fear they are soon to vanish from the scene. Onbux service/products lie in both not as described and not received category. There is not a single sane person who can defend onbux with what they are doing.
I sincerely hope Paypal administration will take necessary steps to resolve this issue as soon as possible in a fair manner. More details and exact transaction ids can be provided to Paypal administration on demand as giving them out here would be a potential security risk imo.

I am still waiting on a response on howto open a dispute/claim after the 45 days time limit has passed, as I am being scammed heavily by Onbux and paypal is just watching all this in silence.

We just want to know if there is any chance to retrieve any payment that is beyond the 45 day limit. That is the problem many users face in this matter; they can't open a dispute since the payments they did to Onbux have already passed the 45 day period, but this is not their fault as Onbux stated to pay instantly its members. Then, Onbux suddenly changes their terms and so, users can't do anything to get a refund since by that point, the money they paid for Onbux services has expired the 45 day period for a dispute.
We all know this 45 day period rule, but we also think Paypal should look into this, since it's not a few users, but a lot of users that got deceived by Onbux. And this could continue if Paypal doesn't take action soon.

Dear Paypal Admin,
Are you aware Onbux has verified that you are once again accepting payments. They are posting payment proofs in mass quantities yet there is speculation these payments are all fake and that paypal has not fixed its relationship with onbux. Thought you might like to know they are using you in their scam. Of course you already knew that. And this page was created for no **bleep**ing aparant reason because you dont respond to us and you could care less if we loose our money even though your involved with the scam. So here I am out this money and you wont even respond. Onbux is lieing about paypal and ripping off thousands of people but you dont care. GO TO **bleep** PAYPAL ALONG WITH ONBUX YOU **bleep**ING SCAMERS
