Re: PAYPAL ADMIN WHERE IS MY MONEY

But of course intangible services are covered, otherwise why would that option be given at the dispute page? When a dispute is made the option of  "other intangible objects" is available.   Besides, many many users has won in their disputes against OnBux on transactions that are no older than 45 days.   So in fact intangible objects (such as digital services) do ARE covered by Paypal.   The problem we face here is that more than 45 days has passed, and as you can see OnBux is doing this to a very lot of Paypal users with them. We want to know if Paypal can do something about this fraud, past the 45 day limit.   Thanks. ... View more

We just want to know if there is any chance to retrieve any payment that is beyond the 45 day limit. That is the problem many users face in this matter; they can't open a dispute since the payments they did to Onbux have already passed the 45 day period, but this is not their fault as Onbux stated to pay instantly its members. Then, Onbux suddenly changes their terms and so, users can't do anything to get a refund since by that point, the money they paid for Onbux services has expired the 45 day period for a dispute. We all know this 45 day period rule, but we also think Paypal should look into this, since it's not a few users, but a lot of users that got deceived by Onbux.  And this could continue if Paypal doesn't take action soon. ... I am also a member from onBux, and as many of you here I have not received my payment nor can I request any more payments.   I also opened a dispute inquiry against onBux:  https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Protection-programs-disputes-and/Dispute-inquiry-onBux/m-p/233146/message-uid/233146#U233146 I really hope Paypal can do something about this matter and refund our purchases made from onBux. ... Dispute inquiry - onBux

Hello, this post is to request an iniquiry of dispute on onBux Ltda. I have made many purchases from them (going for around $700), some of these purchases are a Golden membership upgrade, referral pack purchases, referrals prack extensions, among others.   Although more than 45 days have passed for many of the purchases, in bux sites it takes about 3 months to get your payment return.   So I waited until i had around $300+ on my account, then I decided to ask for my payment, onBux put me in the "waiting list" as they have done with many more users. I requested a payment of 25$, at which point I could not request any other payment since they told me they were proccesing my payment and thus I can't get my payment return.   Once again, I am aware that more than 45 days have passed but I would like to ask paypal about a way to refund my purchases, and also inquiry about onBux Ltda. actions, since as far as I know, and as many complains are being made against them, onBux is doing this to many, many more people. Denying their payments or delaying them for even more than 2 months. Their terms of service stated that payments would be made instantly, and later on they changed that payment policy to 7-10 days claiming that this was to avoid users cheating, but many users that requested their payments (including me) have waited for more than 10 days and still got no payment from them.   I keep the receipts of the purchases I have done from onBux, so if Paypal should requiere me to prove that I have done such purchases I would glady provide these receipts or the transaction ID. ...
