Hello, I would like to enquire about a Dispute/claim against onBux Ltda. I have made around 1348$ Purchases at onBux Ltda. These purchases include several referral pack purchases as well as ultimate membership upgrade. onBux Ltda, is a bux site and like all other bux site you need to wait atleast 2-3 months to get your payment return, so I waited and when I recently asked for a 345$ payment on my account I got no payment from onBux Ltda, which PROMISES to pay its ultimate members INSTANTLY. I am an ultimate member and a transaction record at paypal also shows that i purchased the item ultimate membership at onBux.
Now I am in real trouble as this site is not paying me what it describes and is using paypal to scam members.
I have no intentions to continue on this website and any of their schemes. I just want a swift action from Paypal to refund all my purchases. I am unable to open a dispute/claim as 45 days have passed, but Paypal must have any method to help me as this is a serious matter and onBux is really scaming alot of members.
Regards

Barry, I am waiting for an action from a very long time now, Please keep in mind that its almost going to be 6 months in some days and then I will permanently loose my money as onbux can then withdraw their funds and run away.
It is clear that their account is limited and they can not send or recieve anything I just tried to send them a 1$ USD payment at onbux email and it returned me with message This recipient is currently unable to receive money. This clearly means their account is locked.
Now What I need is ONLY the chance to open a dispute against them, I have already mentioned their fruad and proved it with all data available, and alot of users have also confirmed that. They are dileberatly using paypal name in this scam, as people have trust on Paypal. This practice is not only hurting us but it is destroying image of Paypal in public.
Please let me open a dispute against them or direct me what to do or return me all the payments that I have made to onbux as I have not recieved a single penny in return from them.
Regards

But of course intangible services are covered, otherwise why would that option be given at the dispute page? When a dispute is made the option of "other intangible objects" is available.
Besides, many many users has won in their disputes against OnBux on transactions that are no older than 45 days.
So in fact intangible objects (such as digital services) do ARE covered by Paypal.
The problem we face here is that more than 45 days has passed, and as you can see OnBux is doing this to a very lot of Paypal users with them. We want to know if Paypal can do something about this fraud, past the 45 day limit.
Thanks.

Dear Berry,
Thanks for all the response I've been seeing in this Topic, I too have been scammed in the same way Jahanzeb has been scammed I have invested over 1100 dollars at OnBux. I need to open a dispute after the 45 day waiting period as well.
On 11/02/15 at 12:24 I bought an ultimate membership.
This is the only refund I am lookjing for, I am willing to take a loss if I can get the bulk of my investment back.
Purchases were made using my Credit Card via PayPal, some using small amounts of my PayPal Balance.
OnBux does have a policy where if you invest using one Payment Processor you cannot withdraw using the other. Meaning I since I invested my 1100 dollars using PayPal I can no longer request a Payout.
Many review sites are starting to shed light on this fact.
http://ptc-investigation.com/onbux.aspx
Here is the Payment Rule, which suggests you can request a Payout via PayPal, which you haven't been able to do for days.
This is the Payout Screen and has been the same for days:
PayPal we have been done a serious injustice, times are hard and everyone is looking for ways to make money, not 3 months ago this website, OnBux, was completely legitimate. Now thousands of people have money invested in a site that is in violation of their own ToS. Even suggesting that Payment is available is violation, it is my understanding that OnBuxs' PayPal account has been frozen.
For anyone else interested, there are some groups forming class action lawsuits against OnBux Ltda. the more people the pursue this, the more money we will recover from this scammer.
Thank You, looking forward to a response.
