In the dispute case I have opened, why is the message I have sent listed under "Messages from seller"? I am the BUYER not the SELLER! And why is the section marked "Response awaited from seller" marked as "0" when that is exactly what we are awaiting? Surely Paypal know I am the buyer not the seller when I'm the one who sent the money and didn't receive the goods?
