I ever saw an item that I was searching for on ebay, but the item is ended, so I look up the description of the item then be in touch with the seller, they told me they have other 3 laptops with the same conditions as provided. After a chat with them , we made the deal finally. When I finish payment on paypal, the seller started to remove items he was selling, it brought me some disputes of them. Few hours later, I found they were no longer registered user of ebay. I realize they were fraudulent, in order to save my money, I stopped the transaction immediately the nest day. I feel comfortable at least the money are still in my pocket. Following I knew my paypal account balance turns to negative! I tried to keep in touch with them by email but there are not any replies from PayPal, It disappointed me with paypal services.
In addition, before I did the payment (when the account is still not negative), my friend sent me some money but in business transfer（act like I was a seller) , as this is the first time to be a "seller", the received payment will be release within 21 days(which is 25/02/2013) if both of us hold no claims. I opened a case and I was told the next response should be on 28/02/2013, finally, the money from my friend released today but unfortunately, the money automatically transfer into the negative balance. Now I need to remove the negative balance and get back my friend's sending. What should I do?
