Are Paypal interested in a Scam ??

I posted a topic yesterday which seems to have just Dissappeared  ??

I am in the process of being Scammed by Tmart .!!!!

Faulty goods sent .

Eventually given an English address to return to .,    which doesn"t register on Google .

Paypal giving Tmart  how much time to respond ??

Tmart have stopped answering my Emails ,    & when I try to speak to someone prom Paypal ,  get a recorded message telling me to Report to Resolution Centre !!!

MAYBE as a topic said yesterday -   All depends how much money you spend with Paypal .

Pity Paypal in the past always appeared Fair & Helpful !!        

Hope someone gets to read this before it is drawn again !!!!!!

If paypal told you to return an item then you should do so trackable to prove delivery back to the seller....hopefully you did this as you need to enter the tracking number on the dispute for you to get your refund.

The item was sent Ist Class  -     Royal Mail  !!!!      Receipt sent 3 times to Tmart , & once to Paypal . 

 Really need tracking for this amount ???         Not before .

Very Suspicious sent on 06/02/13 !!!!  to return address given ,     which I can find no details of .

Repeat !!  are Paypal interested  ?  how long are they going to allow Tmart to conjour a reply ??

Paypal don't accept certificates of postage as that only proves you posted the item and not that the seller received it back again.

Normally if paypal find in your favour in a not as described case they tell you to send it back trackable...did they not do this??

If you had and you entered a Tracking number you would have been refunded.

When I opened the dispute through Paypal ,  it was nearly 2 weeks after I had Returned the Item to the address given by Tmart .  ,       who had conveniently not informed me to add tracking . ,    Not normally done with Royal Mail when the package should have taken 2 days !!!

I accept what you say about tracking ,   but with a Proof of Postage slip ,   never had a problem or need to claim before .

BUT !!!!!!  Had Never or will never again bought from Tmart .

I don't know Tmart but you can still hassle them for your refund.

Also if you have not escalated the dispute to a claim then do so as if a seller gets a lot of claims being made against them paypal may not let them use paypal on their site anymore.

Also if you funded your paypal payment with a card you could also contact your card issuer and see if they will help.

Keep the claim going because you returned BEFORE you opened the dispute paypal may just find in your favour....keep your fingers crossed.

Thank you for this ,  it is the most positive comment since I bought the item in the first place .

I did not know Tmart either , but having since read some of there Internet feedback , wish I had not got involved at all .

I thought they were an American company & would be OK.,    but afraid not  , maybe Chinese   

As I said originally they are now not answering my Emails ,    so difficult to keep harassing .

Just had an Email from Tmart saying they will reimbuse me in 48 hours !! ( believe it when it is back in Paypal account ) 

Why 48 hours I asked ,  when the watch was returned on 06/02/13 .

Not To Be Trusted .!!

Did Paypal bcome involved to chase them ?      If so thank you .

UPDATE ,

Just had an Email from Tmart ,       telling me they will refund in 1  or  2  days !!!!!   (  why one or two days ? )

BUT to close the claim first .

No Chance ,  what  a shower of sh---te  !!!

Unless anyone would like a load of hassle ,   DO NOT BUY FROM Tmart !!

New Emai from 3rd Tmart stooge in 3days ,    Now ,  not promising a refund in 48hrs .    or 1 or 2 days ,    but

     please be Patient & Wait .

Its now appears unlikely that Paypal are in a hurry to resolve this claim , which brings me back to my First line .

                             ARE PAYPAL INTERESTED IN A SCAM ??
