Am I obligated to provide the tracking number that will confirm return of items by the seller? Only after this I get a refund? Thx

Yes, you are.
After the tracking number shows the item has been returned, you'll get the refund if you've won your dispute.
If this is a private arrangement with the seller, be aware the seller can reneg on his deal.
