Seller selling items he dosent have

I purchased 3 android mini computers and when the seller contacted me he said "item will arrive between febuary 8-19 because of a holiday  What???????  i am not waiting untill next year for my items as over a certain amount of time and i am **bleep**ed.  the next e-mail says he is short on product and wont arrive untill next year which means that he selling items he dosent have.  I am NOT waiting that long  for an item i paid 69.00  just for shipping  that was stated I would recieve in 7 to 18 days. It was bought through e-bay and my pay pal account

Go to ebay and file a dispute for item not received.  Post in the dispute the e-mails where he is asking you to wait until next year.  Get your refund and be done with this bad seller.  Don't forget to leave him a negative feedback and 1 star across the board.

The seller must have a **bleep** loose to believe anybody would put up with that.

I went to pay pal and opened 3 disputes on the androids that i was told werent in stock or I wouldnt get untill next year and hte co. Called me tonight and are willing to do what ever it takes.  I said I need tracking # or in 10 days I will get my money back on the 11th day.  I guess Ill see how it goes............................

Be really careful with that - some sellers will say anything to get you to close your dispute or not escalate it past the time limit for doing so ( if you don't escalate, the dispute closes automatically and you lose).

 

Escalate the dispute by the date specified regardless unless you have the item or the money.
