I ordered a product. pay pal has paid the merchant. I have not received the item and cannot contact the merchant to see when it will be delivered. How do I resove this?
Have you tried emailing the address the payment was sent to? Also, check the transaction details to see if a customer service number is listed. They may also have a contact section on their website.
