Will I get my money back :-(

I purchased a jacket to give to a loved one for his birthday. I payed for the jacket Oct. 19 and have not received it! I filed a claim with paypal and the seller just won't respond! I really wanted the jacket, but now I'm getting worried that I will not get my money back. I know that the funds get frozen from the seller's account, but what happens after? Please help.

Did you escalate the paypay dispute to a claim.  If not you have up to 20 days from the date you filed the dispute..

I would escalate it now.

If the seller can't prove deliver to you, you will win the paypal claim

If it was an eBay item and the payment was identified as being for an eBay item, you will receive a full refund. As profdata suggested, escalate the dispute to a claim and let PayPal review the case and make a decision.

Even if the seller never responds you should get your money back some time.
