paid for an auction on 9/12.... rec'd the item on 9/18....went to install last week and found that something in kit was incorrect,emailed company and filled out a warranty resolution form on 10/30 and emailed them on 10/31
waited till mon 11/1 and called and left messages on phone, call was never returned total 3 calls made
filled out resolution form today and paypal closed case immediately upon filling same saying it was outside 45 day limit
45 days starts when? from time of payment or time of receipt?
is there any appeal to this orocess?
