I sold an item to a buyer who wanted there money back, i agreed to send to take the item back for a full refund, twice he sent it to the resoultion center. the buyer only wanted a portion of his money back. I wanted my item back becasue it was worth more than what the buyer payed for it, and with the partial refund he got now he got it for almost nothing. this item was very valuable.
e-bay gave him his portion of the money back, i lost my item even though i was willing to and refund the full amount, when my item was returned to me. how can the resolution center side with giving me a loss when i agreed with a full refund if the item was returned????
