Money has left my bank account, but hasn't reached the seller. It's being reviewed by paypal. I'm not very wealthy so the $300 they have held in the depths of paypal land is extremely important to me and I could really use it for rent. Why is this taking so long? How can I expedite this process, so I can get the money sent or refunded.
Also a random $50 bucks showed up in my paypal account...what's that about. No record of recieving money...
