I'm having problems with a seller. She was gouging me on postage and I kept asking her to combine shipping, she sent me 4 invoices, each one with a different postage amount. I finally paid her but now she has reversed the payment and relisted the items. I called ebay, they said I should resend the payment via PayPal but now the postage is back up to $21.00 instead of the $14.00 postage that was the p/h amt invoiced. I'm trying to resend the $31.98 but I can't. Anyone have any ideas? Or, does someone have a phone number for PayPal, hopefully in the US) that I can call and get some help?
