I proved to the PAYPAL RESOLUTION CENTER that the SELLER sold me, the BUYER, counterfeit product !

I had trouble getting an unbiased letter from a Men's Store but still proved my case with 34 faxes and 5 calls to PAYPAL. PAYPAL closed the case. I called to open the CASE and was told I needed that  supporting letter or I will lose. So the Supervisor opened the case again, and sent me another instruction letter via e-mail.  This letter  included 2 things. One...what the unbiased,  third party letter has to say and Two... the deadline of MARCH 8th. I received the instruction letter on MARCH 22nd and PayPal never changed the deadline date of. MARCH 8th So, as far as PAYPAL was concerned, I MISSED THE DEADLINE, even when they received my  Supporting letter one day later, MARCH 23, by fax.

Bottom Line: A missed deadline is one thing... and working on this CLAIM since February 14th is another.

But counterfeit product is illegal, it was misrepresented by SELLER, the burden of proof is not on the SELLER but on the BUYER ...100%   ME the BUYER proved it, I should get my $ back regardless of any DEADLINE.
