Paid $30 for an online program and never recieved

I payed with a debit card through paypal but did not login to my account while making the transaction. It does not appear on my transactions but I got an email about my payment to them. I do not know where to find the transaction ID all I have is the receipt number how do i dispute this to get my money back.

Paypal does not offer any protection at all for virtual items.

You paid with a debit card, not a credit card, so you can't do a chargeback.
