i ordered a cd soundtrack from ioffer paid through paypal,it's been over a month nothing,the seller sent a tracking number i've checked it at least a 10 times no record other than info was recieved they email me saying the usps tracking was down, five days went no record of it being ship i even contacted the usps on there website they said the same thing, anyway i filed a dispute to paypal the seller must had seen the email paypal had sent them about the disbute because they were online , but will not respond to my emails so i took it to paypal claims,,paypal said that my cd was in transit because of the tracking number the seller sent me,but no record of it the usps said other than info was recieved thats all,but anyway paypal said because of the cd of mine was in transit which i no it is'nt because of the tracking info says it ant they said wait for it to be delivered before they can look at it and make a decision,but how the cd of mine is'nt going to come so what can i do any advice thanks.
