Help with a return

I bought an item off of ebay on December 30th. The item did not reach me until the end of January. The items I did receive were obvious fakes so I decided to return them and get my money back. After I went through the process of the claim with Paypal they sent me an email saying I was eligible for a refund and I have until Feb 4th to ship the package back to the return address they provided. Meanwhile my seller contacts me asks me to send the package to a completely different address on the other side of the US also with a different name. I obviously decline and send it to the address paypal provided.  I shipped the package on Wednesday the 2nd. I put Signature service on so he would have to sign for the package saying he recieved it. However I checked the tracking information and it says that the package was Undeliverable as Addressed. I know I wrote the address perfectly so what could be the problem? What is Paypals policy on situations like this? I still need my money back.

Hi NJones,

Yep, bvaz told you right! If you call in, they can take a look and direct you from there. It sounds like you did exactly the right thing by not shipping to a different address.
