I'm a new seller in eBay, I have a issue with a buyer about shipping, he does not want to pay the shipping and handling charges. Why you guys have to settle with a angry buyer, from the beginning the transaction when the only thing they have in mind is to steal your merchandise? Long story short I DID NOT SHIP my gold earrings to buyer (2 pair), because he refuses to pay the shipping and handling, he also tried to extortion me about reporting me as a bad seller with bad policies, because I did not shipped for free, when I have listed the auction with shipping charges. HE LEFT 2 BAD FEEDBACKS in my very clean record I went from 100% to 85.7 % feedback. Buyer never paid the items, I canceled the transaction 4 days after he won the auctions, after he sent me harassing e-mails. Anyway he was going to steal my products if I delivery to him and leave me a bad feedback. From the other side I file a dispute as a buyer for SNAD items I bought and paypal asked me to provide them with a tracking number for the items I need to send back to my seller before they issue a refund to me, I think is the way paypal works, but if the purchase/sell was trough eBay is different history.
