Ok, I have a case open with one of my buyer. She won the case and she was told to ship the item to my return address. I contact the buyer and ask her if she knew she right shipping address, she gave me the address in the original packaging, and I told her that it is not the right return address. So I gave her the right address. She then emailed me saying she has already shipped it. She said she was going to ship it on Monday. I sent her the email with the correct shipping address at about 5 am on Monday. I am definitely sure that she did not go to the post office before 5 am. She gave me an excuse that her mailman usually came early in the morning and she had already created a shipping label the night before. So yea, she shipped the item to the wrong address. I contact eBay about this, and they keep tossing me around. Every person I've talked to keep telling me I'm in the wrong department. They transfer me to the "resolution center department" and those people said that it is the wrong department. I asked why they cannot just forward my email to the "RIGHT" department, but to response at all. However, they did have time to to keep sending me an email to pay for the resolution fees. I'm still trying to contact them about this issue, but they never answered my question. They just gave me a link to go and email them there. I did that, and those people gave me another link. I'm tired of clicking links they keep sending me. I've let them know that I am not going to give the buyer a refund if I did not get my item back! So what should I do now? I've called them, still nothing!

I don't even know the department yet because you're too interested in a pizzing contest to give me the information I would need to FIND the right department.
Now, you can either continue this brinksmanship idiocy or give me the information I need.
Make up your mind.

I'm not going to respond further until you give me what I asked for.
Scream yourself hoarse if you want, but those are the new rules.

Your last respond is the best respond you've gave so far.
Anyways, I've talked to the Ebay through Live Chat and I am currently talking to someone in the Resolution department. So thanks for wasting my time. I now know why they made you the advisor.
You don't give a **bleep** about the people having problems/comcerns about these two sites.
Whatever

The buyer was instructed to return the item to your return shipping address and you are apparently claiming that the return address is not correct.
As previously suggested, if it's your old address, contact the shipper to see if the package can be routed to your current address.
The buyer has done what eBay requested. I'm not sure how eBay can help at this point.
What did eBay's Live Chat tell you?

Ummm - I don't think he's coming back, Sandy - he was rather upset.
In fact, if he didn't wise up, ebay's likely banned him by now - they don't take kindly to extremely persistent sellers.

Um... I'm a she. Not everyone in here is a he you know.
Anyways, the buyer have been given her money back and Ebay had told me that I don't have to pay for it. So yea... I'm very happy.
And why would ebay ban me? i've only contact them about 5-8 times. Mostly through chat or email.
The case has been closed and me and the buyer both came out as the winner.

Well, I'm glad it worked out for you.
And I don't really care what gender you are - the "he" is the universal pronoun.
I don't know why ebay bans some people, but I've seen it done to some otherwise good sellers that didn't know when to quit. You sounded like you didn't know when to quit - I was concerned as a result.
