Ok, I have a case open with one of my buyer. She won the case and she was told to ship the item to my return address. I contact the buyer and ask her if she knew she right shipping address, she gave me the address in the original packaging, and I told her that it is not the right return address. So I gave her the right address. She then emailed me saying she has already shipped it. She said she was going to ship it on Monday. I sent her the email with the correct shipping address at about 5 am on Monday. I am definitely sure that she did not go to the post office before 5 am. She gave me an excuse that her mailman usually came early in the morning and she had already created a shipping label the night before. So yea, she shipped the item to the wrong address. I contact eBay about this, and they keep tossing me around. Every person I've talked to keep telling me I'm in the wrong department. They transfer me to the "resolution center department" and those people said that it is the wrong department. I asked why they cannot just forward my email to the "RIGHT" department, but to response at all. However, they did have time to to keep sending me an email to pay for the resolution fees. I'm still trying to contact them about this issue, but they never answered my question. They just gave me a link to go and email them there. I did that, and those people gave me another link. I'm tired of clicking links they keep sending me. I've let them know that I am not going to give the buyer a refund if I did not get my item back! So what should I do now? I've called them, still nothing!

Ebay is not interested in talking about it!!!! Really? I get that though because I have found a lot of things ebay is not interested in talking about which is bs. I pay a lot of money in fees and im sure other people do too. They should be "willing" to talk about any **bleep** thing we want to. But that isnt the usual. Sellers get the cold shoulder. Everything ebay does is for the buyer...not the seller who gives ebay their money.

That's completely ridiculous.
You pay fees to rent space on the pages ebay provides.
You are allowed to list IF and only if you follow certain rules, all of which are laid out.
Your fees do not entitle you to semand more than that.
And, if you don't like the situation, sell somewhere else.

Probably because;
1. Your password is an unacceptable one ( doesn't fit the requirements or is an obscene word)
2. You forgot your correct password
3. Your account has been hiojacked, in which case you should phone Paypal
You would have to speak with PayPal's Customer Service.

File a dispute here;

Speak in properly-spelled ENGLISH - the guys that will read this are Phillipino, and English is not their first language.
I could barely figure out what you were saying - they won't have a chance at it.

Sorry about that. I have learned that I am basically on my own as a seller on ebay. You probably will never get the item back. All we can really do is keep everything in writing. Keep your paypal account down to $20.00, that way, if they don't ship it back they don't get their money back. If it's over 100.00 offer no refunds. Hope that helps. Ann

It doesn't matter if you offer refunds or not - if you take paypal, you offer refunds - that's paypal's policy and it overrules whatever return policy you have.
