EBAY IS TOSSING ME AROUND!!

Ok, I have a case open with one of my buyer. She won the case and she was told to ship the item to my return address. I contact the buyer and ask her if she knew she right shipping address, she gave me the address in the original packaging, and I told her that it is not the right return address. So I gave her the right address. She then emailed me saying she has already shipped it.  She said she was going to ship it on Monday. I sent her the email with the correct shipping address at about 5 am on Monday. I am definitely sure that she did not go to the post office before 5 am. She gave me an excuse that her mailman usually came early in the morning and she had already created a shipping label the night before. So yea, she shipped the item to the wrong address. I contact eBay about this, and they keep tossing me around. Every person I've talked to keep telling me I'm in the wrong department. They transfer me to the "resolution center department" and those people said that it is the wrong department. I asked why they cannot just forward my email to the "RIGHT" department, but to response at all. However, they did have time to to keep sending me an email to pay for the resolution fees. I'm still trying to contact them about this issue, but they never answered my question. They just gave me a link to go and email them there. I did that, and those people gave me another link. I'm tired of clicking links they keep sending me. I've let them know that I am not going to give the buyer a refund if I did not get my item back! So what should I do now? I've called them, still nothing!

The buyer was instructed to return the item to your return shipping address and you are apparently claiming that the return address is not correct.

As previously suggested, if it's your old address, contact the shipper to see if the package can be routed to your current address.

The buyer has done what eBay requested. I'm not sure how eBay can help at this point.

What did eBay's Live Chat tell you?

The buyer is not responsible for shipping it to your "correct" address, only for shipping it to the verified address in your Paypal account and she MUST ship it there to win the dispute.

"dude," my address IS  the verified shipping address I have on file with paypal and ebay. Can you please read? She was suppose to ship it to me. Ebay told me that they have notified the buyer that she must ship it to the addres they have on file in order for her to get a refund. She didn't do this. My location is in MD, she shipped it to IL. She didn't listened to me and Ebay. I partially blamed ebay becuase they should have told her where to ship it to when they send her an email stating the case has been decided in her favor. They didn't, I did right on time before she shipped it, and yet she still ignored me. And I'm trying to contact Ebay about this mess, but they keep tossing me around.

Well, if she shipped it to the wrong address, she'll lose the dispute, so what are you complaining about?

Because Like I said: I keep receiving emails from Ebay telling me to pay for the refund! Also, she(the buyer) told me that she had already received her refund, so she is not going to try to get my item back to me! This is why I'm complaining becuase I'm out of my item and about to be out of $260!

So reply to the email that she has shipped it to the wrong address and you'll pay when you get it it the right address.

If ebay refuses to accept that, you'll have to decide if you want to keep selling on ebay or not.

If you do, pay the money.

Ok, did you bother to read what my post AT ALL? I've already told Ebay about this issue. But They keep tossing me around. I'm here to find out if anyone knows the "righ department" on Ebay to tallk to about this issue. And you seem like one of Ebay/paypal employees judging from your take it or leave it attitude toward everyone on here. I'm not here to complain like the others, I just want to know where to find the right department to talk to about my issue. If you are not going to help me, can you just not irritate me?

No, I didn't read most of it and I'm not going to read larger-than normal letters all typed in bold without paragraphs.

If you're not interested in making an easy-to-read question, I'm not going to bother reading it.

There IS not "right department" to talk to ebay on this - unless you appealed the original decision ( I think the link is in the email you got informing you of the decision).

If you appealed and lost, you're stuck.  Sorry about that.

Call the Post Office and see if you can re-route the parcel ( you'll need the tracking number for that).

Sure sounds like it.

However, if you have NOT received the final decision email about the dispute, it means that the dispute is still open, and you have to respond in the dispute if you want to win it.

To find out if the dispute is still open, look here;

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ResolutionCenter&cf=20

Look under "Your Cases" and see if there's still an open case.

If so, there should be a link that says, Respond to this case.  Click on it and state that the buyer has not sent the item to your registered ebay/paypal address.  See if that works.

LOOK: I'm not complaining, I just want a way to talk to Ebay:

And can you PLEASE STOP RESPONDING TO MY POST. YOU ARE GETTING ON MY LAST NERVE!! I know the email that I received. They gave me a link to contact the Trust and Safety team: http://pages.ebay.com/help/contact_us/_base/result_3_1_12.html

i clicked on this link, and I contact them, And those people give me another link, and i contact Ebay through that link. And this keeps happening. I called them, and they gave me another number to call, call that number, they put me on hold and I waited for like 1 hour, nothing. Next thing I heard is a phone hanging up on up.

SO IF YOU KNOW THE THE RIGHT NUMBER TO CALL, PLEASE TELL ME!!! THIS IS ALL I AM ASKING, NOTHING ELSE. THIS IS NOT A COMPLAIN, BUT JUST A SIMPLE REQUEST FOR THE RIGHT NUMBER TO CALL!

SO.. DO YOU KNOW IT OR NOT?? IF YOU DON'T PLEASE DON'T WASTE MY TIME WITH YOUR NONSENSE ATTITUDE

Well, I don't see anybody ELSE respoinding, so it's me or nothing.  Deal with it.

I just want a way to talk to Ebay:

You've BEEN talking to ebay, the way you tell it and you've got nowhere.  That's because they don't want to discuss it with you.

I've seen sellers who pushed it - they aren't on ebay any more because ebay banned them.

Now I'm trying to see if there's anything that can be done at all.  Stop whining and co-operate.

I know the email that I received.

Well, I don't - what EXACTLY did the email say?
