Hi ,
I have had 4 suspicious payment from my PayPal last night while i was in bed,
3 from cdkeys 1 from mmoga.ltd for a total amount of arouns £250
i did not do those purchases and filled a claim this morning at 6.00am when i woke up
i just received email from paypal denying all my claims
is that normal?
how can i prove i did not do those purchase? ( ip adress maybe? if yes how i prove this ?)
what are my options now?
i cannot find a number to call paypal customer service, i only end up talking to a automated bot that never direct me to a real person.
any help appreciated

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
WHEN YOU GET THROUGH DON'T SELECT ANY OPTIONS, JUST STAY QUIET OR SAY AGENT A FEW TIMES.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
If no luck then if your paypal unauthorised payments were funded from a credit card then speak to your card issuer re a chargeback?

bank refuses to help because its through PayPal, on the phone now with PayPal on waiting list
