transfer blockage

Dears,

I can't send invoices to costumers and I cannot receive any transfer, I'm enable to contact the help center (phone and messages). Is my account blocked or not activated? how can I get helps?

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this trouble. From what you've explained, it's possible the account may have an open issue. I would recommend reviewing your Resolution Center. If there are any issues to work through, you can generally find more information there.
